Shipping & Return

1. Shipping 

1.1 Whateversmiles’s logistic is handled by product creator and uses a Third Party Courier (Hong Kong Post and SF Express is the current appointed courier, subject to creator and customer’s confirmation) to deliver ordered and confirmed merchandise to you. We reserve the right to use another courier to deliver the ordered and confirmed merchandise to the delivery address without giving any notice to you.

 

1.2 Delivery costs are calculated upon checkout based on rate by each purchased items. All deliveries will be carried through courier service. Please remark on the date of delivery upon checkout and ensure the recipient can sign off the delivery. Whateversmiles will not be responsible for any losses after the recipient signs off the delivery.

 

1.3 Please ensure that the recipient information is accurate. If the selected address is different from the actual delivery address, resulting in the delivery affected and the goods returned, you will be liable for the costs arising from the re-shipment.

 

1.4 If you have any questions about the shipping, please contact info@whateversmiles.com before placing orders.

 

2. Delivery Notification

2.1 You will receive an email of dispatch once your order is handed over to the carrier for delivery (As most of the product is handmade by creator, please check the details about the production lead time in the product page).

 

3. Return and Exchange

3.1 You or the recipient must check the merchandise upon delivery. 

3.2 You can exchange the merchandise within 7 days after you sign-off the delivery by sending an email to info@whateversmiles.com along with a photo of the merchandise, tag on the merchandise (if applicable), order number and product information,

ONLY in the following situations: 

  1. Defective item(s)

  2. Extreme discrepancy between the merchandise and photo (details and lists of difference are required)

  3. Mismatched delivery
     

And below items are NOT applicable for return and exchange:

  1. Custom made products

  2. Personal care products
     

3.3 Any request of exchange over 7 days after sign-off of the delivery will be declined. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be exchanged in the original packaging.


 

4. All merchandise are not refundable. 

 

5. General Provisions

5.1 In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.

5.2 In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of this Shipping, Exchange & Returns Policy, the English version shall prevail.

5.3 We keep this Shipping, Exchange & Returns Policy under regular review and place updates on our website from time to time.
